Star Struck

On our way back to the hotel one evening in Paris, we came upon the movie opening for Terminator Salvation. The red carpet was rolled out and the press was making a big deal over this guy, yelling, "McG, McG, over here, McG!" Neither Liz nor I knew who he was, but not wanting to miss a star opportunity, I took a picture. It turns out he was the director of the film.

After the press was done, there was a mad dash for the Terminator posters that lined the sidewalk. Liz and I, again not wanting to miss out, begged the security guard (and batted our eyelashes) to grab one for us. He obliged. Unfortunately we abandoned the bulky poster in Marseilles, as it turned out to be much to heavy to lug through Italy.
